These terms govern use of AI Megatrend Trading OS (“the Service”) at trade.ponycody.com. By signing in, you accept them.
Not investment advice
The Service is a research tool. Nothing it displays is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Its scores, rankings and commentary are the output of software, produced without knowledge of your circumstances, goals, tax position or risk tolerance.
The operator is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or dealer. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here. Past performance does not predict future results, and any figure shown may be wrong.
What the Service is
A private dashboard presenting market themes, company scores, and market structure information, assembled from third-party data. This instance holds no brokerage account and cannot place, modify, or cancel an order.
Access
Access is by invitation and personal to you. Do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your account. Access may be granted, changed, or withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice — usually simply because the invitation list changed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the Service you were not granted;
- Scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the data it displays;
- Interfere with its operation or place unreasonable load on it;
- Use it for anything unlawful.
Accuracy and availability
Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Where an input is missing, the Service reports reduced coverage rather than substituting a guess — but this does not make the remaining figures reliable enough to act on without your own checks.
The Service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. It is run by one person on a single server; it may be unavailable, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or anything it displays.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes what is collected. In short: your email address, so the Service knows you were invited, and nothing else.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
