Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
AI Megatrend Trading OS (“the Service”) is a private, invitation-only research dashboard operated by an individual at trade.ponycody.com. This policy describes exactly what the Service collects and what it does not.
What is collected
When you sign in with Google, the Service receives and stores:
- Your email address. Held so the Service can check it against its access list on each sign-in. This is the only personal data stored on the server.
- A session cookie. A signed token in your browser that keeps you logged in for up to seven days. It contains your email address and nothing else.
Google also supplies your name and profile picture as part of standard sign-in. The Service displays your email address in its navigation bar and does not store your name or picture.
What is not collected
- No payment or financial account details. The Service takes no payments.
- No brokerage credentials or holdings. This instance is not connected to any brokerage account and cannot place an order.
- No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind.
- No access to your Google account beyond your email address and basic profile.
Why it is collected
Solely to control access. The Service is invitation-only, and your email address is how it recognises that you were invited. It is not used for marketing, not profiled, and not analysed.
Where it is held
On a single private server rented from DigitalOcean, located in the United States. Your email address is stored in a file readable only by the application. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Who it is shared with
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Two external parties are necessarily involved in operating the Service, and neither receives personal data from it:
- Google performs the sign-in itself and therefore knows you signed in. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- Market data providers supply prices and company fundamentals. They receive no information about you — requests are made by the server for market symbols, never on behalf of an identified user.
How long it is kept
Your email address is kept until your access is removed, at which point it is deleted from the access list. Session cookies expire after seven days, or immediately when you sign out.
Your choices
You may ask for your access and stored email address to be removed at any time by contacting liuyuqi0732@gmail.com. Removal is permanent and takes effect immediately. You can also revoke the Service’s access from your Google account permissions page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. The Service has a small, known set of users, and material changes will be told to them directly.
